Monstrous Assembly

Our SEN pupils have worked extremely hard over the past months steming back to last academic year in preparation to create the scary ‘Cat Monster’ part of the Monstrous Assembly, an  exhibition of life sized clay monsters. Our pupils were assisted by Esther Neslen to imagine their scary creation and bring it to life. The chilling ‘Cat Monster’ was inspired by the Mishipeshu legend  of the Ojibwe peoples of Algonquin. Mishipeshu also known as the ‘Underwater Panther’ is the most powerful underworld being and is located in Lake Superior, Canada. Our pupils had a great time making their very own monster and working together as a team. Well done all!
